[HOW TO GET RID OF BAD BREATH?]
HOW TO REMOVE THE BOY?
👉👉Bad breath is a common condition that makes many people not confident in communication and affects daily life. The following article would like to share with you the causes and ways to overcome this situation.

What Causes Bad Breath?
☑️ Studies show that about 80% of bad breath comes from an oral source. For instance, cavities / tooth decay (Caries) or gum disease (gum disease) can lead to bad breath, as can tonsils (amindan) that have trapped food particles; cracked fillings (the seal is cracked) and have a poor hygiene (toilet) procees.

☑️
Internal medical conditions (medical pathology) also can cause your breath to go downhill fast. They include diabetes (diabetes), liver diseases (liver failure), upper respiratory tract infections (upper respiratory tract infection), and chronic bronchitis (bronch-: bronchitis, -itis: inflammation ➡️(Chronic bronchitis).

☑️ Others lead to have a bad breath such as acid reflux (acid reflux), postnasal drip (posterior nasal discharge), and other stomach conditions.

How can we reduce bad breath?
🔎 Good oral hygiene is also key to fighting bad breath. Ideally, you should brush and use
(dental floss) after every meal to help reduce the odor-caused bacteria (odor causing bacteria) in your mouth.

🔎Researchers recommend using an
electric toothbrush (electric brush) due to the fact that it has timers on them and people can brush their teeth for the right length of time.

Moreover, it distributes a uniform motion (even movement), which helps remove plaque (plaque) more efficiently than using manual toothbrushes (manual brush).

🔎Mouthwashes (mouthwash) can help reduce cavities (Caries) and bacteria-caused plaque (bacterial plaque) and fight bad breath.

🔎What you eat affects what you
exhale (expiratory > < inhale: breathe in). That’s because as food is digested, it’s absorbed into your bloodstream (blood) and then is expelled (discharged) by your lungs (lung) when you breathe. You should eat a healthy, balanced diet and regular meals. Certain diets – such as fast food or low-carb diets – can give you bad-smelling breath.

🔎Alcohol can lead to a dry mouth. Too much beer, wine, and
hard liquor (Brandy) can make your breath reek (smell) for up to 8 to 10 hours after you finish drinking.

Above is the cause and how to overcome bad breath. Hopefully, this little sharing will help you get fresh breath to become more confident in daily communication. Have a nice evening!
